Under the Sea

Dive into underwater wonder by joining us to learn about the deep blue sea. From sharks to sea turtles to starfish, kids will enjoy hands-on activities, storytelling, and ocean-themed crafts. Through interactive reading and discovery, they'll develop a love for marine life while having a splashing good time!

Stay and Play

Does your camper want to stay all day? This afternoon session is differentiated by age and stage. Younger children will have more time to rest and nap while older children will enjoy free play, snacks, and organized games with camp counselors. It's a fun way to extend your Camp Curiosity day.

Lunch Bunch

12:00 P.M.-1:00 P.M

Does your camper need an extra hour after morning camp to enjoy lunch and recess with friends? Add Lunch Bunch to the day. Campers bring their own lunch. TLS is a nut-free school. No peanut butter or other foods that contain nuts of any kind, please.

Lower School Camps

Mystery Solvers: The Ultimate Crime Lab

Think you have what it takes to be the greatest sleuth in town? Learn the techniques and methods that forensic scientists use to catch criminals. Campers will explore and practice the strategies employed by the pros. Each day, students will be tasked with solving crimes and uncovering who committed them. Do you know who framed Roger Rabbit? Hop along with us to find out “who done it?”

Clay and Color Adventures Camp (Grades 1-5)

Get ready to dive into a world of creativity and clay! This exciting class sparks imagination while introducing essential art concepts like shapes, colors, patterns, and lines. Students will explore various materials—oil pastels, markers, watercolors, and tempera paints—while experimenting with drawing, color mixing, and creating textures. Each session features playful themes, such as painting magical landscapes or designing animal portraits, keeping every child engaged and inspired. The real fun begins with ceramic clay! Students will shape air-dry and ceramic clay into unique sculptures using hand-building techniques, bringing their wildest ideas to life. Let the artistic adventure begin!

Lego Brick Builders (Grades 1-5)

Do you love building and want to learn how to create your own Lego masterpieces? This course teaches students how to design and build their own Lego models, cultivating both creativity and an engineering mindset. You’ll gain hands-on experience with a variety of Lego sets and learn techniques for creating sturdy, intricate designs. This class is the perfect way to enhance your problem-solving skills and unleash your creativity. No previous experience is necessary—just bring your love of Legos and a willingness to experiment!

All Sports Camp (Grades 1-5)

This camp is perfect for all sports enthusiasts! Join our TLS staff for a fun-filled day of sports and games. TLS features two soccer fields, a beautiful football field, a full-size gym, three outdoor basketball courts, and our very own Gaga Ball court. This camp is guaranteed to be a winner! All skill levels are welcome. Campers will be introduced to the fundamentals of a wide variety of sports and games, including soccer, badminton, lacrosse, volleyball, flag football, basketball, and Gaga Ball

Safe Sitter® Essentials

12:00 P.M.-4:00 P.M.

This course is designed to prepare students in grades 6-8 to stay safe when they are home alone, watching younger siblings, or babysitting. Join TLS’s own Katie Farmwald as students learn vital safety skills, how to handle emergencies, care for children, and treat illnesses and injuries. Students will also be taught infant, child, and adult CPR. Additionally, they will learn essential business skills, such as how to screen job opportunities, set a wage, and work effectively with employers.
