Preschool Camps

Whiskers, Wings, and Wild Things

8:00 A.M-12:00 P.M.

Inviting campers to dive into the wonders of whiskers, wings, and wild things through books, hands-on activities, and outdoor play. Campers will experience the best of our campus carousing across fields, woods, and creeks, and enjoying lots of good ‘ol imaginative play- curiosity has no limits.

Stay and Play

12:00 P.M.-4:00 P.M.

Does your camper want to stay all day? This afternoon session is differentiated by age and stage. Younger children will have more time to rest and nap while older children will enjoy free play, snacks, and organized games with camp counselors. It's a fun way to extend your Camp Curiosity day.

Lunch Bunch

12:00 P.M.-1:00 P.M.

Does your camper need an extra hour after morning camp to enjoy lunch and recess with friends? Add Lunch Bunch to the day. Campers bring their own lunch. TLS is a nut-free school. No peanut butter or other foods that contain nuts of any kind, please.

Lower School Camps

Creative Circuit Adventures

8:00 A.M-12:00 P.M.

For decades, Play-Doh has been a favorite creative play item for children. Whether making food, dinosaurs, or anything their imagination desires, Play-Doh lets students unleash their creativity. But what if we could use it to create simple circuits instead of relying on batteries? What’s the difference between insulated dough and conductive dough? In the Play-Doh Circuit Camp, students will get messy and creative by making their own Play-Doh while experimenting and discovering the different properties needed to create circuits. Come join the fun!

All Sports Camp (Grades 2-5)

12:00 P.M.-4:00 P.M.

This camp is perfect for all sports lovers! Come hang out with our TLS staff and enjoy an action-packed day. TLS features two soccer fields, a beautiful football field, a full-size gym, three outdoor basketball courts, and our very own Gaga Ball court. This camp is sure to be a winner! All skill levels are welcome. Campers will learn the fundamentals of a variety of sports and games, including soccer, badminton, lacrosse, volleyball, flag football, basketball, and Gaga Ball!

American Sign Language (Grades 1-5)

12:00 P.M.-4:00 P.M.

Spend the afternoon learning everyday signs, the alphabet, numbers, and more! Together, we'll explore Deaf culture, technologies that assist Deaf people, and simple ways to communicate using sign language. Join us for an exciting American Sign Language adventure!

LS Rockets (Grades 3-5)

12:00 P.M.-4:00 P.M.

Embark on an exciting adventure at our Lower School Rockets Camp, designed for curious and creative students! This week-long camp offers hands-on fun as participants explore water rocket design and aerospace engineering basics. Students will design, build, and launch their own water bottle rockets, diving into the engineering process from brainstorming to refining their designs. The camp culminates in a friendly competition where rockets are tested for the longest flight time. With a relaxed yet educational environment, this camp is perfect for those who want to learn and have fun. Join us at the Rockets Camp—where science and excitement collide!
